What Does “Waitlist” Mean?

Sometimes, we have just enough players registered for a team but not quite enough to form an additional team. When that happens, we waitlist players in that age division until we know if we can build another team.

In mid-March, we’ll review our registration numbers and decide whether a second team can be formed.

If your child is interested in playing, please make sure to join the waitlist — it really helps us plan and make sure every player has the best chance to get on the floor!

Waitlisted players pay a non-refundable insurance fee of $75, which allows them to practice with the team while we sort out final rosters. If they’re placed on a team later, the remaining registration balance will be due.

If we don’t have enough players to form another team, team managers will connect with parents to talk through available options.

Payment Information

Our preferred payment method is eTransfer, since it keeps fees low for the club.

When registering, select “Pay Offline” to use eTransfer. Payments must be received within 30 days of registration.

Credit card payments are also available — please note that transaction fees will automatically be added to your total.
