Please sign up to a Try Lacrosse! session through Event Brite to secure your spot.
Sessions will be limited to approximately 20 participants each to keep a fun, focused environment and are expected to last 45-50 minutes.
Try Lacrosse! sessions are for NEW to lacrosse players and parents. We will have some current players and representative from the VMLA board attending along with coaches to answer any questions about the sport and what to expect for the season.
We look forward to meeting new families and players and can't wait to see you there!

What to Bring
No need to worry about full gear - these sessions are non-contact, so players only need:

- Waterbottle
If you already have hockey equipment, it’ll work perfectly fine for lacrosse too!
And if you don’t have gear — no problem! We have plenty of loaner equipment available, and we’ll also provide sticks for everyone to use during the sessions.
